Did you notice that cartoons that are the most interesting to look at tend to not have proper action figure lines? By which I mean when a show has characters that have varied body types (tall, short, fat, skinny, etc) they either have no toys or they have much more limited toys. This is because making toys is EXPENSIVE! Think of it this way, a Marvel Universe figure is made of at least 35 individual pieces, each of which needs to have a mold tooled and machined, in order to have all the articulation and poseability we expect to see these days.
